The principle of restraint, sometimes described as the “golden mean,” is rooted in the ability to combine opposites with ease. Mini with maxi, shine with matte, expression with discretion. In this new chapter, we chose to focus on contrast in both form and texture, allowing the tension between them to reveal a sense of classical harmony.
The RONDA collection brings together handcrafted jewellery in precious silver and gold, developed in two distinct directions, differentiated by finish and production technique. The first includes limited necklaces and bracelets created in a duet of patterns: delicate linear structures and soft waves, symbols of the flow of ideas and shapes between elements. Due to the complexity of the process, this part of the collection was produced in restricted quantities. Fine silver wire, known as filigree, is carefully wound around a base to form ornamental bands that resemble the ribbed surface of moiré silk. The result is intricate yet controlled, decorative yet refined.
The second group introduces bold, rounded rings, ear cuffs and hoop earrings with a cylindrical volume. Meticulously polished to a smooth finish, they create a surface reminiscent of still water, reflective enough to mirror the surrounding world. This approach to finishing is not only about optical effect. For us, it symbolises the moment when a design leaves the studio and enters the world, becoming a meeting point of different yet coherent aesthetics.
The name RONDA refers to the circle present in the curved forms of the rings and earrings, and to the circular motion that wraps selected necklaces and bracelets. The circle, as a figure of continuity, represents for us an unrestricted movement from one point to another, and everything that exists in between.
