Between Moods | Styling by UMIAR

Discover how to style UMIAR jewellery through changing moods and proportions. Featuring FLOS, TRIGA, AURO and TELA in everyday combinations.

How do we wear jewellery in that in-between moment, when one season slowly fades and another has not fully arrived yet? This undefined time offers a particular kind of freedom. Layers become lighter, proportions begin to shift and styling no longer feels tied to a single narrative.

In our approach, jewellery is never a seasonal accessory. We treat it as an element that carries a look through transitions, connecting moods and textures rather than following a calendar. Sometimes it acts as a subtle accent against a restrained base, other times as a more distinct focal point. What interests us most is how different lengths, surfaces and proportions interact when worn together without rigid rules.

The ideas we share here come from daily wear and from observing how jewellery behaves in motion and light. This moment of transition is not a pause for us, but an opportunity to reinterpret familiar pieces in a new way.

“If you happen to see me running through Warsaw with a takeaway coffee in hand, there is a good chance I will be wearing a blazer and my favourite jeans. At this time of year, I swap wool for silk and feel ready for the shift in rhythm. I prefer a muted base, but in my accessories I turn to florals. The rose necklace FLOS and shoes with appliqué bring that note of expression. As for rings, I always wear them on my thumb and index finger.”

“I cannot imagine this time without a touch of colour and lighter fabrics, paired with flat, comfortable shoes. It creates a clean base for jewellery that completes the look. I reach for the AURO earrings, which carry a certain optimism and remind me of journeys still ahead.”

We’re glad you’re here.
