SHIPPING: 14-karat gold jewellery is shipped within 10 working days, while other pieces are usually shipped within 2–4 working days. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Shipping within the European Union is €18. For selected destinations, FedEx shipping is available from €43, while international shipping via Polish Post is €12.
SELF PICK-UP: You can personally pick up the order at our boutique at Plac Przymierza 4 in Warsaw. You can find the current boutique opening hours in the "contact" tab and in the e-mail that you will receive from us when your order is ready.
RETURNS: You can return or exchange items within 14 calendar days from the date of the parcel receipt. The product must be delivered with the return form and the proof of purchase. The product must not bear any signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging. Please send parcels to the InPost WAW581M parcel locker at Wandy 15 in Warsaw or by courier to the address provided in the form. We also accept returns and exchanges at our boutique at Plac Przymierza 4. We will make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the parcel receipt. Instructions for sending the parcel can be found on the InPost website. Individual orders, e.g. non-standard patterns, engraved items, extended chains from the BONDS Collection (COMO, RICA, TELA) are not subject to returns.
COMPLAINTS: If you would like to make a complaint, fill in this form and deliver it to us along with the products. You can also bring the jewellery and the complaint form in person to our store at Plac Przymierza 4, send it to the WAW581M parcel locker or by courier to the following address: Malwina Wysińska, Plac Przymierza 4/6, 03-944 Warsaw. We will consider the complaint within 14 days.
