We recommend caring for your jewellery as follows:

Store your jewellery safely, preferably in the box it arrived in or in a jewellery box with separate compartments to help prevent scratching and damage. Keep it away from moisture and limit prolonged exposure to air to help slow down tarnishing.

Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics and other chemicals. Remove your jewellery before washing your hands, sleeping, exercising or doing household chores.

Delicate pieces, particularly fine chains, should be handled with care. Avoid tightly wrapping, bending or pulling them, as this may cause delicate elements to break.

Tarnishing is a natural process that can occur with silver, including gold-plated silver. To refresh your jewellery, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth. Professional cleaning is also available — simply contact us at umiar@umiar.pl

Orders within Poland are shipped via InPost parcel lockers or InPost courier. We offer complimentary courier delivery on domestic orders over PLN 450.

International orders are shipped via Polish Post or DPD courier.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our boutique at Plac Przymierza 4 in Warsaw. Current opening hours can be found on our Contact page.

You may return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn and show no signs of use.

To make a return, complete the return form, include proof of purchase and carefully package the jewellery to prevent damage in transit. Send the parcel to the address provided on the form.

You can also return your order in person at our boutique at Plac Przymierza 4 in Warsaw. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned jewellery.
